Long drives and good playlists

 There's an underrated pleasure in a long drive with the right music. Not a destination thing — the

drive itself. A few hours of open road, a playlist you put real thought into, and that stretch where

everyone in the car goes quiet because the song is just right. I made a playlist last month

specifically for a trip, and half the fun was building it beforehand. The drive turned out to be the best

part of the whole weekend. Some of the best conversations I've had happened in a moving car with

music low in the background.
